The rate is $215/ night double occupancy plus Hawaii Tax of 13.41%.
( This does not include the second bedroom and bathroom as I close it off unless it is requested. The house is large enough that closing this area off does not interfere with the enjoyment of the house. )
If the second bedroom and bathroom is needed, I do charge an extra nominal fee of $75 which can accommodate two more guests on a king size bed and they have the second bathroom for themselves.
For each person after this, I charge $25/ night and I turn my lanai with two sofa couch/beds into a 3 rd bedroom with clean sheets, pillows and linen and they share the bathroom facilities without interfering with the sleeping arrangements of the guest in the second bedroom rooms.
To reserve these dates with us, a 25% deposit from a major credit card company such as Master Card, Visa, and Dinners Club international, Carte Blanche, American Express, or Discover Card is necessary.
